These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lastdropla.com (the "Site") and the plumbing services provided by Last Drop Plumbing & Rooter ("we," "us," or "our"), CSLB License #1107116, with offices at 7424 Sylvia Ave, Reseda, CA 91335. By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

Services and estimates

We provide residential and light commercial plumbing services in the San Fernando Valley. Pricing ranges shown on the Site are typical ranges based on representative jobs and are not binding quotes. A binding quote is provided in writing by the technician on site after inspection. Work begins only after you authorize the quoted price.

Scheduling and cancellations

We make best efforts to arrive within the appointment window provided. Emergency dispatch times can vary based on traffic and active job load. Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with reasonable notice. Trip charges may apply for after-hours dispatch where the customer cancels after the technician has been dispatched.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms have been agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit, ACH, and check. Late or unpaid invoices may accrue interest as permitted by California law.

Workmanship warranty

We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on the invoice for the specific work performed. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification by third parties, freezing, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the work performed.

Site use and intellectual property

The Site, its content, and its trademarks are owned by Last Drop Plumbing & Rooter or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without permission.
